Returns and Exchanges

Our return policy is valid for 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Please note: Custom items are non-refundable, as they are “made to order.”

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in nearly new condition, with minimal signs of use, and in the original state you received it.

We encourage you to try the harness but ensure the original hangtag remains attached, and the product is clean, free of dog hair, including inside the harness and Velcro strap. Please note, a restocking fee may apply for all returns.

Do not return the product to the manufacturer.

Order Cancellation

We offer cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. If you need to cancel, contact us within this time frame, and we’ll issue a full refund.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed minus shipping and handling fees, unless the error was on our part. Refunds will be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.

Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as processing time may vary. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@alphapuptactical.com.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product, email us at support@alphapuptactical.com. The item must be in nearly new condition, as received. Shipping & handling fees may apply.

Gifts

If the item was a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is processed. If the gift wasn’t marked as such, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

How to Return

If you wish to return an item, email us at support@alphapuptactical.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from any refund.

Free Gifts & Promotions

If a free gift was included with your purchase, it must be returned in new condition with the original packaging or tags. Alternatively, the value of the free gift may be deducted from your refund.
