Shipping Policy

Due to high demand, some of our products are currently being shipped from our central warehouse, which may extend shipping times to 9-12 business days. However, by the end of December, all products will be restocked in our US warehouse, allowing us to resume our standard shipping times of 3-7 business days.

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s). Tracking information will be active within 1 business day.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes Alpha Pup Tactical is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. These fees are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). If a package is returned due to unpaid customs or incorrect address, we will refund the cost of the product minus the shipping charges.

Shipping Protection Our Shipping Plus Service ensures that if your package is lost, damaged, or stolen, we will either reimburse you or send a replacement. Shipping protection fees and taxes are not included in this service.

Lost Item Terms

  • If your order status is not marked as “delivered” and 35 days have passed since your order, please contact us at support@alphapuptactical.com.
  • If a wrong address was provided, the package will be returned to Alpha Pup Tactical.
  • If an item is missing from your delivery, contact our support team.
  • Packages stuck in customs are not covered under our Shipping Plus Service.

Stolen Items If your package is marked “delivered” but is missing, you must provide a police report within 14 days of the delivery date to open a case. A falsified police report will result in legal consequences.

Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours with photos of the item. We will replace the item if it is damaged or defective. Customers who opted for Shipping Plus Services will not incur return shipping costs for damaged products.

Additional Terms If you accidentally purchased Shipping Plus Service and your package has not shipped yet, we can refund the service fee. If the package has already shipped, the protection service will apply, and we cannot refund the amount.
